Solutions Engineer, B2B - Paid Internship
About FoxPrep
FoxPrep is an AI exam-prep platform. We started with Georgia's national university entrance exam and are expanding into larger markets. Tens of thousands of students use our products. FoxPrep is supported by Google for Startups, Plug and Play and was awarded Best Newcomer Startup of the Year.
The role
We are three founders. This is a new role, focused entirely on teachers, schools and educators.
FoxPrep is expanding from students to educators. You will spend real time with teachers and schools, understand what they need, and turn what you hear into working software rather than slide decks. You will build with AI agents and work directly with Irakli, our founder.
What you'll work on
- Structured conversations with teachers and tutors, written up so the whole team can use them
- First versions of tools for them, built with AI agents and put in front of real teachers quickly
- A pilot with at least one school
- Monitoring how school solutions land in practice, including in-person visits and support when needed
You may be a good fit if
- You are in your final year or recently graduated
- You are comfortable with technical work. You build things, not just specify them
- You have built and shipped things with AI agents, you believe in an AI-native future and can discuss the space
- You can sit with someone and hear what they actually mean, not just what they say
- You would rather show a rough working thing than a polished plan
- Native Georgian and working English. Every teacher conversation happens in Georgian
Nice to have: Tutoring or teaching experience, interest or experience in education or edtech, or recent first-hand experience of the Georgian exam system.
How we work with AI
We are an AI-native company. You will embrace and master agentic workflows to output world-class work at 10–100x the traditional dev speed. The hard part is judgment: knowing when the agent is wrong.
Comp
800-1,000 GEL per month net. Employment contract, six-month probation.
How we hire
A 30-minute initial call, followed by in-person interviews (with each of the founders).
With your application, skip the formal cover letter and send us: a short note (written by you and not AI!) about your experience with tutors and how technology could have helped you and tutors in the process. Discuss how you'd build it. Cover letter can be either in Georgian or in English; and your CV. Attach your CV (PDF) below and put your note in the message field. We review on a rolling basis. We reply to everyone.
Work Type
Full time; Hybrid mix of in-office and remote. We adjust to the student needs.
Six months internship followed by an opportunity to transition into full-time role.
