Welcome to FoxPrep.ai. FoxPrep.ai is a commercial name of FollowFox LLC (Georgian: შპს ფოლოუფოქსი, Identification Number: 405725149) ("FoxPrep.ai", "we"). This is an online platform that helps students prepare for national exams. By using the website, mobile application, APIs, and related services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Registration and Account Creation
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for any activity carried out through your account and are obligated to maintain your account's security.
3. Subscriptions, Trial Periods, and Payments
Some features of the web app are available through a paid subscription. Prices, trial periods, and renewal dates are displayed at checkout and in your profile dashboard. All amounts are denominated in Georgian Lari (GEL). Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the Service has not been actively used. Refunds may be refused if evidence of fraud, abuse, or manipulative behaviour is found. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
4. License and Intellectual Property
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. All FoxPrep resources, trademarks, and code are protected by law and belong to FollowFox LLC.
5. User-Generated Content
If you submit comments, bug reports, or any other materials ("User Content"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, edit, and distribute such content for the purpose of improving the Service.
6. Acceptable Use and Academic Integrity
- It is prohibited to use the materials obtained for cheating or dishonestly passing exams.
- It is prohibited to upload malicious code, scrape, or extract data without authorization.
- It is prohibited to commercially resell or use the Service in an unauthorized manner.
- Threats, hate speech, and offensive content are prohibited.
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension without prior warning.
