FoxPrep is an AI exam-prep platform. We started with Georgia's national university entrance exam and are expanding into larger markets. Tens of thousands of students use our products. FoxPrep is supported by Google for Startups, Plug and Play and was awarded newcomer startup of the year.

The role

We are three founders. You will work with us to turn our users into a real community. You'll run the FoxPrep community day to day, students first, with parents and teachers feeling the ripple effects.

You'll recruit and coordinate ambassadors, create rituals and moments that make being part of FoxPrep feel like status, and turn our channels into the place where any exam question gets the best answer on the Georgian internet.

Community is the core, not the ceiling: on an early team you will touch nearly everything marketing at FoxPrep. As we expand to new markets, this role grows into Community Lead.

What you'll work on

• The ambassador program: recruiting our most motivated students, giving them roles and reasons to represent FoxPrep, and keeping score
• The answer hub: community channels where any exam question gets a correct, well-explained answer fast. You build the system: response standards, a bench of subject experts, quality control
• Rituals and moments: challenges, countdowns, score reveals, results-day celebrations. The moments that make membership an identity, not just app usage
• FoxPrep offline: school visits, meetups, exam-season gatherings and results-day events — you organize the moments where the community meets face to face
• Our presence where students live: TikTok and Instagram, with you on camera when the content needs a face and a voice
• The feedback loop: what students are anxious about this week reaches the founders within a day
• The community playbook, documented so it travels with us to every new market

You may be a good fit if

• You are a university student (we will work around your schedule) or a recent graduate. This can be your first job
• You have done something real already: led a student organization, organized events, grew a channel or a group. Titles don't matter, proof of follow-through does
• You took the ეროვნულები yourself and still speak the language of the students going through it now
• TikTok and Instagram are places you live, not channels you manage
• You are comfortable on camera and in front of a room
• You are organized enough to run a program, not just post content
• Teenagers trust you. You can be the older figure in the room without being the corporate one
• You work in Georgian and English

Nice to have: Tutoring or teaching experience, an audience of your own (even a small one), events you have run online or offline, or being a FoxPrep user.

How we work with AI

We are an AI-native company. You will embrace and master agentic workflows to output world-class work at 10–100x the traditional speed. The hard part is judgment: knowing when the agent is wrong.

Comp

800-1,000 GEL per month net. Employment contract, six-month probation.

A 30-minute initial call, followed by in-person interviews (with each of the founders).

Employment Type

Full time; Hybrid mix of in-office and remote. We adjust to the student needs.
Six months internship followed by an opportunity to transition into full-time role.
